Services
'Doing CrossFit' means you went through a beginner's course at a different CrossFit and you have been an active member there for 3 months.
The first step in joining CrossFit Mischief is to sit down with us so we can learn more about you. During your No Sweat Intro we will discuss you past CrossFit experience and your knowledge of the major lifts you will see in our classes (squats, pressing, deadlift, clean and snatch). If you are familiar with the lifts you are welcome to join right away and skip our beginner personal training.
~Phone or Zoom Consultation
~Share basics of nutrition and provide basic guidance on healthy food choices.
~Provide daily calorie and macro targets by the end of the call.
*Please note payment will be due at booking, if you are member your payment on file will be process automatically. If you do not have a payment on file, we will be calling you to take payment over the phone. Appointments without payment will be cancelled.
~Phone or Zoom Consultation
~Customized daily nutritional targets.
~15-minute weekly check-in calls with the coach to discuss progress (weight logs, progress photos).
~Progress reports compiled by the coach, showing your progress against your goals.
~Accountability and support via email.
~Ongoing education on nutrition and maintenance tips.
~Private group for additional accountability and support from other clients.

~Phone or Zoom Consultation
~Habit-based coaching to build healthy habits over time.
~30-minute weekly check-in calls with the coach to discuss nutrition, habits, and creating a healthy lifestyle.
~Additional accountability with daily text messaging with the coach as needed.
~Supplemental coaching around workouts, scaling, and progression towards new skills/movements/PRs.

When I joined CrossFit Mischief I had no previous experience. The coaches were all excellent at explaining/demonstrating the movements and ensuring I was doing them properly and safely. The atmosphere is great and everyone is so nice and encouraging! I will miss the fun and challenging workouts that helped me reach my fitness goals

Had my intro session today and felt very welcomed by Arianne! She answered all of my questions and eased a lot of my anxieties as I’m new to CrossFit. I’m super excited to start my new fitness journey at CrossFit Mischief!
